Hi, I’m Jess
Fitness Trainer/Personal Coach and Yoga Instrucor
Hi, My Name is Jessica, but call me Jess.
My fitness Journey started in 2014, when I became a personal training client. I asked a lot of questions and my trainer offered to show me the ropes. He taught me how to work with one on one clients and small groups. I later competed and learned the benefits of traditional resistance training.
Fast forward to 2018, I tried Hot Yoga as a means to combat sciatica pain and stiffness in my hips. I was an athlete and strength trainer for much of my life, so I understand the important benefits fitness plays in my life and for others. I value the essential role for balance of all fitness programs. I developed a love and deep appreciation for yoga but am deeply rooted in resistance/weight training. Yoga has helped me heal through a mind-body connection that spilled over into my fitness regimen. I describe myself as a lifetime student. Yoga has helped me overcome not only my physical challenge but, more importantly, has helped me heal emotionally. I like to pair physical rehabilitation utilizing my massage therapy background and personal training education with my skillset in yoga to hold a safe place for students. My mission is to build an army of women who feel strong and confident in the themselves. Most importantly, I want to build COMMUNITY by supporting one another.
I will help facilitate and guide you through several modalities in yoga, fitness, assisted stretching/mobility and more.
I offer one on one coaching in yoga and personal training in a facility that’s completely private.

Personal Training
Custom 1 on 1 resistance training with meal plan, assisted stretching/hands on adjustments for aiding recovery

Private Yoga
Tailored Yoga Lessons to meet every individuals needs. Whether you're a beginner or practicing student, I offer tips, drills, chair yoga, and hands on adjustments.

Group Fitness
Private Groups of 4 or less with guided instruction on form/technique; finishing off with a 10 min mobility and stretching routine to aid in recovery
